Cleo is Dr Singh’s invaluable P.A and the first friendly face you will see at the practice.

Jessica is our nanny, Dr Singh’s procedural assistant and the patient chaperone.  It is important that parents are able to fully concentrate on the interaction with Dr Singh during the explanation and informed consent part of your consultation.  For this reason, we have the adjacent playroom, where Nanny Jessica supervises and plays with your child and ensures that all the toys are sanitised between patients.

This team is located off site and looks after billing, communication with your medical scheme and account queries.  No billing enquiries are handled in the rooms.
